Pho Hue Oi is a straight up hidden gem in Torrance and I am OBSESSED. Family owned, incredibly warm, and the service is next level — the kind where you feel like you’re eating at someone’s house and they actually want you there. The food? Let me get into it. Their Lomo Saltado hits different because they put a Vietnamese spin on it and somehow it works even better than the original. Bold, saucy, wok-fired perfection. Now. Mom’s rice cake dish — I cannot pronounce it but I CAN tell you exactly what’s in it: shrimp, crunchy pork rinds, finished with fish sauce and Thai chilies. It sounds simple. It is NOT simple. It is layered, funky, crispy, savory and I was not prepared for how good it was. That dish alone earns all five stars. No alcohol here but their Thai tea is genuinely elite. Thick, creamy, cold — does the job beautifully. If you haven’t been to Pho Hue Oi yet, what are you even doing? Go. Bring people. Order everything.

I went to Pho Hue Oi on a random Wednesday. It was busy, with a steady stream of customers. I really liked the noodles and spring rolls and crispy egg rolls that we got. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the portion sizes were pretty good. My mom actually likes that noodle place better than other recent spots we've been to that are more highly rated on Yelp (#iykyk) if you know, you know. There are many parking spots around there. And afterwards, there are dessert places and other shops that you can go to for after eats. Enjoy.

I got my Pho fix here today. I would recommend this place if you looking for Pho, I had the P1 order. Good taste of the broth and decent amoount of meat balls and beef in my dish. Served with bean sprouts, lime and thai basil.

As a solo diner I visited this branch of the family owned business and sat at the counter top seating area since all the tables were taken. Popular place guys! I ordered “large rib eye pho” bowl was very very generous and took a persistent slog at finishing the bold portion! Shame the beef was well done and firming up rather than rare as it stated on the menu. Broth was well seasoned and complex and rather tasty. Ingredients like the Thai basil and bean sprouts were fresh and crispy. My iced Vietnamese coffee was strong but welcomed! Staff were working well under pressure will definitely come back and try other things dishes. I’m happy I came across this restaurant.

Excellent noodles and fresh rolls that are full of amazing flavor. The shrimp rolls (Goi Cuon) with steamed pork or the grilled pork rolls (Thit Nuong Cuon) are both delicious. Go for the small upcharge for the fresh noodles as they really level up the dishes.. the Pho Doc Biet gives you a great combination of beefy goodness and the broth is perfect. The Pho Khong Thit broth is also really good.. very clean and tasty. The Banh Mi sandwiches are also bomb and the bread is great. The large Pho bowls are huge and easily can feed 2 people and the prices are not bad at all. Pho Hue Oi has a nice variety on the menu and everything has been super terrific.
